Overview:
We provide spare parts for Terex and Terex|Fuchs
machines.
Spare Parts Distribution (as well as Customer Service)
for Terex and Terex|Fuchs are in the Rothenburg
Service-Center. We manage about 35,000 different parts
in our modern Spare Parts Supply system, which is about
10,000 square meters large.
45 Employees of the Schaeff Ersatzteile-Service GmbH
& Co KG take care of approximately 45,000 shipments
each year. In over 93 percent of the cases, the parts
are delivered within 12 hours.
The Service Center is ideally located on highway A7,
which traverses Germany from north to south. This location
provides optimal conditions for delivery of parts, world-wide.

The primary mission of the approximately 30 workers
in our Service Center is close coordination and work
with both the Terex and Terex|Fuchs Dealer networks,
making optimal support of our customers possible.
Service for both Terex and Terex|Fuchs is offered
on site for customers and machines.
